"Not really worth the price"
I didn’t feel like it was worth the money. The prices felt high for what I actually got, and then I found better deals elsewhere after the fact. Come on now, if I’m paying that much, I expect a little more value. I probably wouldn’t use it again unless the pricing gets better.

"Shipping was really, really too much"
The item price seemed fine at first, but then I saw the shipping cost and it kind of changed the whole thing for me. It was just way, way higher than I expected, and after that it didn’t really feel worth buying anymore.

"I was about ready to place an..."
I was about ready to place an order on scopelist.com, but the return policy made me pause. I couldn’t really tell what items could be returned, who covers the shipping, or around how long the whole return process usually takes.

Maybe the details are on the site somewhere, but it shouldn’t take that much effort to figure out. I just don’t feel comfortable buying when the return info isn’t clear.

"Hard to fully trust the stock status"
I was a little frustrated because a few items were listed as in stock, but one ended up getting canceled after I ordered. Support did reach out quickly, which I appreciated, so it wasn’t a total mess. Still, it makes me a bit hesitant to trust the inventory on the site next time.

"Had to chase them about the shipping"
My order did eventually show up, but the shipping took longer than I expected and the tracking barely updated until late in the process. I ended up having to reach out and escalate the issue just to get a clearer answer, which was frustrating. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it definitely wasn’t smooth or fast. I’d give it 3 stars.

"Shipping was a total mess"
My order showed up late, and the tracking was basically useless the whole time. It barely updated, so I had no clue where my package was. Annoying, honestly—what a bunch of clowns handling the shipping

I paid my invoice and, my first thought was that it worked fine. The only tiny hiccup was the confirmation taking about a minute to show up, but other than that, no trouble.

"Warranty support took longer than I expected"
I don’t remember every step of the process, but what stuck with me is having to keep following up for updates. They did get back to me eventually and helped with the warranty, but the waiting around was frustrating

"Prices could be better"
I checked out scopelist.com while comparing a few optics, and the pricing felt a little all over the place. Some items seemed fair enough, but a couple were cheaper on other sites, which made me wonder if they’re counting on people not shopping around. It’s not a bad place overall, but I wouldn’t assume you’re always getting the best deal there

Had a small issue after my order and support did help me get it fixed. It took a bit longer then I expected, but in the end they sorted it out, so I’m okay with it

"Details could use a little more info"
I was looking at a few scopes and the specs felt kind of thin. Some details were missing, so I ended up searching on other sites, which was a bit annoying. It’s not a bad page or anything, I just feel like if I have to leave to find basic info, then maybe the product listing isn’t quite doing its job.

"Didn’t really feel trustworthy to me"
I got a bad feeling while dealing with scopelist.com. The info they gave me wasn’t very clear, and I felt like I had to keep asking the same questions just to get a straight answer. That part was weird and made the whole thing feel a little off.

When I’m buying from a dealer, trust matters a lot, and I just didn’t feel comfortable moving forward with them. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but I don’t see myself ordering from them again.

"I had a few questions before I pulled..."
I had a few questions before I pulled the trigger, and thankfully they got back to me quick because I’m not the most patient person when I’m trying to figure out a purchase. They didn’t rush me at all and helped me sort out which scope would actually fit my setup. It was nice dealing with someone helpful before spending that kind of money. I’d use Scopelist again
